Intelligence services company was invited by me to check my furnace before the cold season. They sent Mr. Trevor to perform this check. He came in time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything, cleaned everything and now our furnace is like New :-). Thank you very much for good service.

First-time customer but will not be our last time. Very impressed with the scheduling, communication, and service. Jim and Nick were exceptional. Explained our issues clearly. Give us options with estimates but did not pressure sell. Also had all the necessary equipment to resolve immediately. Also provided tips to prevent future reoccurrences. Thanks!
